Return & Exchange Window

Eligible products may be returned or exchanged within 7 working days.

Product Condition

• Wi-Fi cameras must be seal packed.
• Other products must be unused.

Return / Exchange Process

The customer sends or couriers the product to the company address. Where applicable under this policy, the company bears the return courier or postage cost. Replacement is provided where applicable.

Defective Products

If a sealed product is defective from the manufacturer, it may be sent to the company's claim center for handling.

Refunds

Refunds are issued at the purchase price. Approved refunds are made by bank transfer within 7 working days after the returned product is received. No cash refunds are provided.
